people say this is one of the better yakuza games. having played through everything (includind kurohyou, kenzan and that piece of shit fist of the northstar one (it was gas albeit side content was doodoo)) i have my doubts. this might have one of the better plots in the franchise, but the writing does little to transcend the soap opera it is a part of. however, a real and interesting rejuvenation of a badass combat system, arguably one of the best side stories in any of these games alongside the introduction of the best substories these games have to offer, i can definitely say its a good game. just a heads up: you will most definitely want to play kiwami and boy let me tell you... you've caught the bug
