There are a lot of things about this game that I like and dislike but ultimately the languages are kept so simplistic that the story has to be about as simple too and that was just not interesting enough to keep me playing through the frustrating parts.
I wish instead of making you learn a lot of languages it would have focused on just two, that way you can still have the fun learning and translating but might be able to have writing a bit more nuanced than "You free slaves by telling them about a place where they could be free and then they just go there"
