I feel like I missed out on something amazing for decades.
The OST is incredible and its a technical marvel to look at with all the tracks included, the aesthetic and the lighting is top notch, Namco were cooking on the PS1.
Gameplay feels tight and responsive, honestly might be one of the best racing games I've played....
