Fortnite has been okay over the 5 years I've been playing, but LEGO FORTNITE came out running. the idea that there'll be updates, new content and more lego outfits in the future is just awesome, it already has so much going for it... huge worlds and a decent progression system, something a 38yr old like can get into, as well as friends' kids.. it was an excellent business decision on their behalf for a FREE mode. I haven't even begun to play in sandbox mode either, I'm addicted! Another advantage of not being PVP is I can comfortably play on mobile or pc and not have to worry about different controls tripping me up, and just hop in and farm some wood and stone on breaks, it's great
