With the long awaited sequel releasing this month I thought I would finally play this game myself. I watched a playthrough a long time ago so it was fun to play for myself. Not much has aged about this game except maybe the graphics and banal collectibles. The unorthodox story and gameplay really hold this experience together. I was mildly annoyed at some points but generally pleased for 90% of the game. The graphics are dated and the colors are muted but I think the style is the foundation that holds this 2010 game above water. The warping woods and weather effects look nice.

I wonder if Verizon is still making money off the advertisements in this game.
