Giocato la versione GoG su Linux (Ubuntu) tramite Wine e Proton, non ho incontrato alcun problema.

Il gioco è effettivamente molto più breve di quanto non sembri. Non fatevi trarre in inganno dal tracker del gioco: calcola il livello di completamento totale del gioco e non quanto si sia vicini al finale.
La gestione delle abilità è interessante e permette di cambiarle tra una missione e l'altra, sebbene il tutorial non lo spieghi e possa non essere chiaro durante l'inizio del gioco.
Il design dei livelli è ben realizzato, molti posti sono accessibili con un po' d'impegno, tuttavia le mappe effettive di gioco sono poche e vengono ripetute. Si possono rigiocare i livelli una volta finiti, che non è affatto male se ci si è persi qualcosa per strada.
La trama a mio parere è veramente ben scritta. Non ci sono effettivamente buchi di trama, le poche domande che rimangono trovano risposta giocando al gioco uscito prima (di cui però Styx è il prequel) che è Of Orcs And Men. Non c'è esattamente un plot twist inaspettato, ma è la conclusione del gioco che rende la trama così ben scritta.
Rigiocherei? Sì! Styx mi permette di sfogare non pochi nervi uccidendo persone in modi nuovi e creativi~

The game is way shorter than what it seems. Don't be misled by the game tracker: it tracks the whole game completion and not how close you are to its end point.
The skill management is interesting and allows to change them between missions, though the tutorial doesn't mention this clearly and might no be clear during the first half of the game.
In my opinion the plot is very well written. There aren't really plot holes and the few questions we're left with can be answered by playing the game Of Orcs And Men (a game that was released earlier than Styx, though Styx is its prequel). There isn't exactly an unexpected plot twist, but it's the final that makes the plot so well written.
Would I play this again? Yes! Styx allows me to let off some steam by killing people in new and creative ways~
