A fantastic followup to the 2nd game. I always adored how instead of trying to improve upon dkc2, it decided to take it's own unique spin on things! A lot of the gimmicks are an absolute blast with only a few stinkers here and there (poison pipeline and the rocket barrel level come to mind). A fantastic send off the original trilogy and one I think deserves a more positive look.
