It may be recency bias from having just played it, but I think I can give Pokémon Black a slight edge over Silver. I finally returned to mainline Pokémon in 2024 & this game did not disappoint. I'm glad I gave a generation I skipped a true chance. The OST is great, the spritework mixed with 3D models is eye candy to me & some of the new 'Mons are nifty. I'm a fan of Oshawott, Sawsbuck & Ducklett in particular.
