Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze is a okay game. I would not recommend this to people that are beginners in platformers as it’s a quite difficult game from my experience, and I had a lot of trouble with the vines in some levels.
The controls were not very good on the vines in my opinion but It’s still a fun game overall. There is one major highlight about the game and that is that the game has an amazing soundtrack. I would love if there was more stuff to do in the game,
there was not enough variety for me as I got bored about 3/4 of the way into the game. There is not much variety for the bonus rooms. The bosses were good except the final boss in the game they don’t hype up the final boss enough to make you excited for the final boss fight.
So overall I think is an okay game but I would only recommend this to hardcore platformer fans. The final boss and the vines are janky in my opinion but the rest of the game felt polished.

Super Mario Odyssey is a great game I would recommend it to people who skipped past Nintendo games as I did originally. I think it’s a really fun game there is one issues however and that’s the amount of times that the bosses get reused, mainly being the Broodals. Still it’s a really fun game and I would recommend it. Its level design is great with how open ended it is as you can just go off and explore.

Great game would recommend.
I wasn’t into platforms at the time and I still had fun with it.
