I love almost everything about this game except the combat, which I find nearly unbearable. Characters, writing, dialogue mechanics, setting, atmosphere, and everything else is so good but I couldn't bear with it.

The singleplayer campaign is just a mediocre pokemon game where you can't catch all the pokemon you want, but it runs at half the speed it should.

I tried playing this game 3 times but I don't see the appeal. I think it's supposed to be "quirky" or surreal but none of the characters/story/moments/anything make me feel anything. It's just a bunch of weird disjointed things happening with a strange setting and bunch of characters.
