Finally finished the 100%.
Golden enemies are a good idea on paper but not being able to quit out after hitting it and having to finish the stage without dying sucks. Egg Fortress Act 2 was so bad (surprise surprise) that I had to resort to the Infinite Super glitch.
Rest of the 100% and the achievement cleanup was pretty mind numbing though, so can't complain too much beyond that, but seriously golden enemies are tedious and require a whole playthrough if you didn't get any saved first time around.
