If you dislike this game I dislike you
This is so much fun. It’s simplistic but at the same time has enjoyable and varied gameplay. The ds version is shorter than the wii version but is still great. The darth Vader level is an all time great, and gunship cavalry is way less infuriating.
That being said it has some issues. The gameplay is simple to a fault and thus the gameplay becomes repetitive. Also 100% is almost impossible. There’s no minikin detector and they’re so hard to find. Also there are bonus things you can do but you have to do crazy well to get the gold bricks necessary and thus become a chore. I’ve had it for over 10 years… and tbh I still haven’t beat it.

Do any of you ever think of skylanders… cause Disney were when they made this one
I’m not a fan of the skylanders thing where you have to buy figures and “ playsets” ( stupid title) as it costs way too much money compared to enjoyment. I don’t care how good a game is 200 or so quid to get everything isn’t worth it.
The 3 different worlds are pretty similar. The stories are alright but basically just a shorter version of the film they’re from with loads of stupid side quests.
The gameplay is enjoyable enough though, and the characters have good variety. It’s kind of like the avengers game if it was better and also made for children.
It’s fun tbf, and a good idea for a video game, but it’s clearly a cheap cash grab and these games are fun for a few hours but let’s be honest unless you were really young you played one world and probably didn’t even complete it.

I can’t decide if it’s a crime or not that there are more Ben 10 games than gta games.
The alien selection is top tier I always love it when the games branch out who you can play, and the co op is an interesting angle, but the story itself is poor even for a Ben 10 game and the gameplay is bad… even for a ben 10 game.
Still better than ben 10 power trip or whatever it was called

Alec’s motives in the original film: the British betrayed and killed my parents
Alex’s motives in this game: bankers get bonuses
This is the Craig game I’ve never really enjoyed too much. The story is just a worse version of goldeneye. The level design is overly long and there’s a lack of variety. I like the guns, some of the characters and I suppose some of the sections are fun. But turning the brosnan era into the craig era does not work, and I wish it was more fun.
Also the first person feels too much like call of duty I think a bond game should combine first and third person, or at the very least not make the cutscenes first person. Not cinematic at all.

Me after watching the most gut wrenching and enticing cutscene of all time where batman is on the verge of death: oh look is cat woman hanging out, that sure doesn’t kill the pacing.
The dlc itself is fine. The story is barebones but perfectly enjoyable. And the gameplay is great. But that’s because it’s city, catwoman herself has meh variety and moves. It’s cool and cause the dlc is short it doesn’t bother me, but free roam after is bad.
The reason this isn’t 8/10 though is where it’s placed in the story. Every time there’s an incredible, shocking cliffhanger cutscene you cut to a meh catwoman level and it kills the pacing and my enjoyment of the masterpiece that is Arkham city. If rocksteady placed the levels around better… or just didn’t even include them, I’d honestly prefer the game, and that’s not something you want to say about dlc.
It’s good by itself but harms city

They made a star wars duelling game… and instead of adapting the duels everyone likes they decided to do the ones from the CLONE WARS MOVIE!
There are good ideas with the gameplay but this is the sort of game that needs to have incredible gameplay considering that there’s little to appeal outside of that, and it’s one or two drafts away from being polished but as it stands this game is cool to play with friends and nothing else.
