List of Italian videogames.
I will include only games that catched my interest, regardless of whether I have played them or not: It is not necessarily that I liked the game, but rather that I find it to have at least some aspects that might be interesting to discuss about. This means that I might also consider them to be pretty ugly.
For the purposes of this list, you can be sure that the following types of developers and games will not be considered:
- italian developers based in other countries (e.g.: OutOfTheBit, founded by an Italian but based in London; Stefano Gualeni, who lives somewhere out there);
- italian developers founded in Italy but now based in other countries (e.g.: Chaosmonger Studio, founded in Bologna but now based in Estonia);
- italian developers who apparently disappeared from the radars after taking money from their funding campaigns (e.g.: Breaking Bytes, that haven't released any updates regarding their game XYDONIA since 2021);
- games that deal specifically with blockchain, NFT and that kind of shit.

Instead, I will add those games made by developers who operate largely in Italy, though not exclusively.
