It's pretty good, builds on the Persona 5 story in a way that provides fun fan service for fans, but is ultimately inessential. How much you get out of it will depend on how much you love the P5 cast and how much you like the mix of Persona and Warriors combat. For my money the match up can sometimes be more frustrating than fun, but it's still very playable.
