This game is hard as fuck. It doesn't care about being fair. There is going to be a horde of extremely japanese ghost demons or whatever that's going to fuck you up twenty feet from your starting position of the level and you are gonna like it.
The onslaught of enemies will have annoying gimmicks and will kill your fragile ass immediately if you are not careful at all times. There will be no relenting of challenges. It does help that the funkiest music you've ever heard makes you want to dance in between bouts of frustration. It's an odd combination of sensations, but this game still manages to hit just right.
As bullshit as the challenge was, I wanted to take it on. The levels kept things interesting. I was playing this upscaled at like 4x and the cutscenes looked great!
