Experienced some great moments in this game, just a shame they are plagued with an arduous, repetitive clamber between them. The core enemy design felt lacking, some of the fights with higher tiered enemies were fun and I won't discredit that, but most of the fighting became a slog that I ended up running past.

The characters each have their place, apart from Merrin, who felt hammed in to bring an opposing opinion to the main task, conveniently just about an hour before the game ended. The others were great, and I enjoyed the development with Cal and Cere.

Really enjoyed the overall story though, well worth any downsides I had with this game. Looking forwards to the future game in the sequel.
