I think it works for what it is. I think there were a lot of things about it due to be refined, like the fact that although you click with the mouse to proceed through messages, you can't actually use the mouse to click on things, which led me to clicking on the wrong thing multiple times. The enter key also doesn't work as a bound key which is what I feel like most people default to.

And it was funny playing this game as someone who's trans in the opposite direction "you're not a woman, you will never be a woman, we raised a boy" thank you I know haha. I know this is meant to be a personal project but if there's ever a remake or "DX" version I'd like to see you able to pick your gender at the beginning so the message actually holds up no matter who's playing.

I like the visual style though, very crisp and interesting to look at. Every scene with the eye felt like a Kirby final boss.
