Goddamn does this game literally mix everything great into one bag and just stir it into a loving slurry for me to drink, I love it. It's got old ass anime aesthetics, endorphin rush, endless modes, guns, upgrades, violence, mecha fights, bosses, messages of corporations and capitalism turning people to slaves. It fucking rules and any issues with the game I have are immediately squashed by the fact that I'm playing a mulleted violent man voiced by Kiryu whose hitting me with random ass advice.
