Rise is such a good introduction to the Monster Hunter franchise, and a wonderful experience to play through, especially with friends. The complete game after the two major free updates offers at the absolute least 100 hours of content for just absolutely anyone. The customization is great, the aesthetics of the game are great, the core combat is as deep as satisfying as ever, the monsters are great. The only minor thing is that I do wish there were more than just the two NEW elder dragons. Rise was a fantastic experience to get into the franchise with, and I am thoroughly excited for Sunbreak.
