There's a lot about FF7R that can get repetitive like the combat in the late game, but I loved the boss fights. Story was pretty good too up until the finale which absolutely confused me (for clarity, this is my first Final Fantasy game. Maybe I should've play OG 7 first). Side quests though were mostly a chore, I only did them for the achievement. Idk I kinda just fell in love with this game despite any issues I had. I really can't wait for Rebirth, though realistically I'll probably wait to play that until I've given OG 7 & Crisis Core a shot.
