Didn't know about this game, had little expectations - turned out to be a phenomenal experience. Great mix of likeable characters with great graphics and fun, varied gameplay. A little too combat-heavy towards the end, plus some annoying checkpoints that make you watch cutscenes over and over again when you fail some puzzle. Other than that, an outstanding cinematic game.

Extremely fun gameplay meets existential, thought-provoking story. The customization options and emotional presentation make this game a modern classic. Also: Dat Ass

Bad story, bad characters, bad mission design - but the core gameplay is a decent enough 3rd-person shooter and made me finish the game twice, so I can't really hate the game.
