What a game. If i had to review it as objective as i could, i would trash it. It has a fun, beautiful (as for 2011 graphics) open world, very fun to explore, and SOME combat mechanics are fun too, music is beautiful, but the rest is insufferable. Characters are plainly annoying, most storylines uninteresting, every cave feels the same, every QUEST feels the same and i can't remember much other positive qualities of this god forsaken game. But SOMEHOW i spent like 1000+ hours on it. The best qualities of this game are everything that is wrong with this buggy glitchy piece of shit. Honestly, if my review was based on pure fun, i would give it 5/5. In no other game could i place a basket on someone's head so they couldn't see me robbing their home. Shooting an arrow straight through somebody's eyesocket and watch them look for me for a minute and then say "it's probably wind" and sit down to finish their mead. Pay a fine to a guard and then immidiately steal it from their pocket when they turn around, along with their clothes, leaving them naked. Finding a high place where strong enemies couldn't reach me and fire milions of arrows at them until they die. Running away from the mailman that tries oh so hard to catch me to give me the damn letter, swimming through rivers and waiting for me to get off of the roof, only to say "new museum is opening and i was told to give leaflets to random people" and walk away. Squatting to instantly make myself invisible to the person standing right in front of me. Throwing people off of the roof of the school of magic, watching them fall hundred of miles down and waiting for them to come back upstairs and say something like "no shouting in the halls". Stepping on someone's body while running and hearing "hey be careful!". I love this shitty ass game. I don't even need mods.
The pure amount of wack, man. Cheff's kiss, Todd.

Cute Animal Crossing ripoff. I like the building and escpecially carpentry mechanic, had fun customizing. I think that AC lacks somethig like that. Building myself a bed, a throne and a whole kitchen out of Poppy's tears surely became a core memory of mine. It gets bit boring after a while, though, gathering resources can be a pain and I wish Sims and relationships with them could be a bit more like in the original The Sims. Overall, i wouldn't play it again, but if there was a My Sims 2 or some improved reboot i would get pretty excited to try it.
