Yoko Taro's games

The funny guy who likes to write angry white-haired women.

My favorite Yoko Taro game.

A search for meaning through seemingly meaningless actions. This game is not easy to get into but through its characters and almost non-sensical events will keep you going foward. Even with its really sad ending you will get an amazing feeling of satisfaction, you will realize what is your journey's true purpose.

This game won't tell you what the purpose was though. In the same way as Zero, you must look for it yourself.
At this point it does not need an introduction. It can be considered as Yoko Taro best work. Thanks in great part to platinum games contribution in the project. Though the popularity of this game came with a great number of people misunderstanding the meaning behind its presentation.

Great combat, great OST, great story, great characters. All of this with one of the most beautiful ways I've seen a game use its mechanics to convey a simple yet moving feeling of hope.
The classic hero's journey to save a damsel in distress but with a twist to make you reconsider if your actions are justified.

A game about selfish people in pursuit of a selfish goal. However, you fight for what you believe is right.

This is probably Yoko Taro's best written game. It's almost impossible not to get attached to the main cast of this game, they are not perfect, they can even be considered horrible people. But you still want to succeed despite what that conveys.
A lot of cool ideas but a lot of half-baked ones aswell. It is truly an unique experience, one I will never forget, but in the end is hard for me to tell what I got out of it.
nice art and music tho
