Overrated. This game is definitely for kids. Platforms are extremely easy and boss fights are effortless. Enemies and traps are very slow as if they don't want to hurt you. Games must challenge the player, SM Odyssey almost never makes you try something again because it's tooooo easy. That much simplicity makes the game dull.

Also this game has neither the "best level design", nor the "best platform". Idk why people claim this and act like there's nothing better than this game. It Takes Two is way more better than this in terms of creativity, level/art design and especially platforming. But it's not as popular as Super Mario.

I think this game doesn't deserve 97 score. But if i consider this in category of children games, i'd give it 97/100.
