First time playing. Nice follow up to the original trilogy. Seems over hated. i like the new characters

Really great. It has a neat story with memorable characters. Music and pixel art are fantastic. The boss fights are fun and creative. A couple parts of the game it was not very clear how to get through and I had to look it up

The final boss was an annoying difficulty spike and the story is basic.
The game has nice music and it looks good. the gameplay was fun and satisfying. short game, I finished in 10 hours

Could've been better. Too combat-focused, didn't like the randomization. I liked the references to the classic GOW games, and being able to unlock and play as Young Kratos from those games was awesome.

Combat is repetitive
traversal is boring
story is mid
do not recommend

the story is just as good as the first game
the traversal is better
there's some good features from the first game that are missing here
