the lost chapters is the essential version of fable. the game isnt perfect and there's much, much better RPGs- but im very nostalgic for it and have enjoyed it immensely when i revisited it.
I also recently replayed this game (the anniversary edition however-- basically the same game) and it held up really nicely. The game just has a good vibe. Relaxing music, full of pretty colors, fantasy setting that doesn't take itself too seriously, just really good vibes in this game
