I played this game in 2018. Don't remember anything at all, but i played it in 2018.

I enjoy this game, it's fun to try and deceive your friends, get away with kills and lie on the spot.

But that's just kind of it. There's not really much to it all, it's really just a party game. A bit more fleshed out than a jackbox minigame, more memorable than a ragdoll beat em up, but that's kind of it.

You could argue that's all it ever should be, but the fact that there's barely any new content ever for it doesn't really make me come back top this often.

It's a good game, just not really something I'm queuing up in public lobbies for. Only for when I'm with friends and we are like, REALLY bored.

Nothing matches playing a new update, going in blind, and getting scared or wowed by the new ravenous killing machines and / or monsters.

Most of the time I'm playing this game, I'm tagging alongside other people. (That is to say, I'm not doing my best making quota.) And no matter how many times i play it, the desperation of keeping quiet while simultaneously running away from Eyeless Dogs, the recklessness of stealing hives, the fear when seeing the gelatinous mass, Bracken, Coilhead or Nutcracker is unmatched by any other game like this. Not to mention how fucking FUNNY it can be, like, all the time. Death comes out of nowhere, from enemies to your own crewmates. You won't have a game where someone doesn't die to a mine or pitfall. That's all the fun of slapstick, right?

Incredible game, must play with friends AT LEAST once. Anyone who says it's youtuber content schlop has never had fun and probably doesn't have friends.

I. Love. This. Game. I love it's world, I love it's gameplay, I love it's graphics, (even if it ain't the best.) this game is my LIFE. The start of the game, Anomalous Materials, is something i always come back to, it's one of my favorite places to mess around in. The little goofs and gags, the atmosphere, the resonance cascade where it all goes wrong, everything about it just clicks to me. The latter half is a slog to many, since it ramps up the difficulty so much, but i didn't have too many problems with Xen? Maybe because I know so much about it. Final Boss isn't the most cinematic thing, but i think that's what Black Mesa is for. That one is probably next on my list!
