My first Platinum Games I played was Nier Automata (last year) which I did love, and this was a flashback to how the combat and gameplay felt awkward but once it clicks, it’s soooo satisfying. So let me tell ya, controlling two entities and using their positions was a very unique take on the combat. Ya know my favorite move Bind with my favorite Legion Sword went absolutely dummy, and to be honest the Sword legion was probably the only viable one, Arrow was useless. The story was the most convoluted mashed potatoes I’ve ever been told, so you in the police force in the middle of a wrecked highway and got a bat and somehow you get this monster and he protects you and saves the day. And then a gang in whatever zone and then pandemic and drugs and then your boss is crazy and then a kingdom hearts final battle and then you kill your sibling and blank screen. Bruh. The ending was garbage but fantastic final battle which took all my resources. Wack ending omg I need an explanation please.

oh yeah the controls were awful omg and File 08 was annoying and dumb. BUT File 09 and onwards FIRE.
