About 7 hours in there's this big scene which displays everything the game is capable of, using stunning visuals and excelent sound design. While playing it I had this feeling that I've already seen this and I was not wrong, because this exact same scene was shown in a gameplay reveal of this game from 3 years ago at The Game Awards 2021.

This moment in the game happens around 1 hour before the credits roll, now the question is: why did the developers show such a late scene from the game at a gameplay reveal 3 years before the release? Well, because this game has nothing more to show than that.

Stunningly beautiful yet disappointingly shallow, Senua's Saga: Hellblade II does very little to improve upon its predecessor. It still insists on a mediocre combat system that seems to be there just to have action sequences, it still depends on childish puzzles to try filling the empty space in between scenes. But this time, the personal and beautiful narrative from the first game is not present anymore, and that's what did the heavy lifting before.

Beat 'em ups are amazing because you can just turn off your brain and have fun, this one reminded me that I need to play more games of this genre. Finished this in one night with two friends on coop mode.

Honestly, the combat isn't that bad because with the right build and decent gear it can quite be fun. But the inventory management gave me a headache because of how clunky it is.

Besides its flaws, the first Fallout is a gem. Fantastic atmosphere, story and world building. I feel like this game is begging for a remaster with improved combat, inventory and a revamped companion system. If that happens, it will be a 10/10 for sure.
