I think this campaign was in my top 2 of the 4 in Treasure Trove. The movement and combat is satisfying with the shoulder bash and spin. I really like how the levels are broken up into smaller pieces in this one as opposed to the super long levels in the other games. As expected, the music and visuals of this game are on the same level as the others, but I did like how some of the songs on here were remixes of other songs.

As for the card game part of it, it took some getting used to. I didn't really care for it at first, but as the game went on and I got the hang of how it worked, it started to grow on me. It sometimes involved a lot of strategy and thinking, but I'm glad that they added in the cheat system to help you if you made a mistake. I also like how it sort of took a backseat to the normal gameplay, only requiring you to complete the first house and everything else card-related becoming optional after that.

The story was pretty funny for the most part since King Knight takes the role of selfish idiot champion, but the story gets pretty tragic at the end. Since this game is a prequel to Shovel of Hope, the ending could be guessed from the beginning anyway, but it was still sad to watch (erm...just like Star Wars!!!).
