Leading up to playing this, I was skeptical and worried about making the change from a brawler to turn-based RPG. But I'm happy to say that those fears weren't realized, and for their first attempt at an RPG, RGG Studio knocked it out of the fucking park.

The combat and battles are well paced. The job system was pretty versatile with the skills characters could use, such as making Nanba a jack of all trades by getting him multiple types of magic moves.

Ichiban is an immediately likeable protagonist; not my analogy but Ichiban feels a lot like Josuke to Kiryu's Jotaro. Every other character introduced in this game was excellent as well. Looking forward to wherever RGG takes their story next.
