nishiki is a great antagonist and seeing the lengths he goes to become chairman is sad and the inevitable confrontation with your brother looms over most of the game. the majima everywhere is a lot of fun and definitely the highlight of the game but it's pretty annoying having the dragon style be completely outclassed until over half way through the game. otherwise the gameplay and side activities are pretty mid and too derivative of 0. also wtf was up with that pier sequence with majima? made the chapter feel like it was dragging on near the end and also felt out of character for kiryu. it's only purpose is to surprise the player with majima showing up at the brothel but it really doesn't work lol.
