They made a huge deal about this game's reveal at E3 2018 and 2019, and it ended up closing not 2 years after its release.
This is a sad day for the people who really wanted a video game based around Gears of War Funko Pops.

You see, Mister Powers... I love GOOOOOOOOLD!!

This.
This was an update that certainly happened.
Yep.
It came out.

This was the update that introduced War Paints, probably the most iffy thing they've added to Team Fortress 2. They're fine enough, some of them look real nice, though maybe I'm just a purist, but I actually really prefer the clean, original look for each weapon, the way God intended.

I genuinely forgot how much of a trainwreck this update was at launch. The fact the game survived it really is a testament to the fact this game will last forever.

THE NAME'S SAXTON HALE; AUSTRALIAN, CEO OF MANN CO, AND THE MAN WHO'S GONNA BURN THIS PLACE TO THE GROUND!!

I have done nothing but teleport bread for three days.

This was peak TF2, it don't get any better than this.

The community can get insanely toxic, Mann Up is basically just gambling, and Boot Camp is noob central, but I don't know man, I just love fighting robots.

Whoever thought THAT boss should have five phases, I want a word.
A solid sequel that I feel extremely conflicted on for many reasons. While the map is now bigger, it feels as though the game encourages less exploration than its predecessor, the bosses are some of the most repetitive and tiring I've ever played, the story is a downgrade from the first game and is trying to juggle far too many concepts, resulting in an unfocused mess. I overall like Spider-Man 2, but beating it left me feeling hollow. I bought an entire PS5 just for this game, and yet I feel empty having played it and don't have much excitement for the third and final part of this trilogy.

One of the saddest, most desperate cash-grabs of a game I've ever played, by a creatively bankrupt company that won't stay dead. The fact this came out a day after Planet Coaster is the funniest thing to come from it.
