Masterpiece of a rougelike, and a titan of an indie game. From it's amazing artstyle, one of a kind soundtrack, and unique third-person shooter twist, it certifies itself as one of the greatest roguelikes of all time.

Each character is uniquely crafted to suit so many different play styles, in combination with swappable abilities and its run defining items, every time you play its a fresh experience.

One of my favorite features that is so unneccessary, but at the same time so important is the addition of items you collect being added to your character model, which is such a fun way to show the progression of your run as you transcend from stage to stage.

Speaking of stages, while some can feel way too big and much to difficult in comparison, they good from a deisgn point. Having enemies and bosses unique to certain stages can vary the difficulty and make or break runs depending on your survivor, items, etc.

So much more I could say, but I would rather you experience this wonder of a game yourself (the dlc is also awesome)
