70% = 3.5 tho lmao. You're saying 5/5=80% ... your comment seems to suggest that 90% of 5 is 6, and 100% of 5 is 7... but it's not.. it's 5

Literally none of the scores you type make sense. For any out of 10 score you halve it and that's the equivalent. If this game is a 7 to you then it's a 3.5 stars. I'm not trying to be an arse it's just your scores aren't how maths works.

"Stars" rating system its not mathematics). Its no decimal system. 80 percent its very cool , 100 percent not imposible in the world, it's just ideal. I mean, when i learned in school teacher rated my work 5/5 if i done 80% and its right quinary system. 2 - its fail, 3 - its bad, 4 - its good and 5 its awesome. And I'm not even talking about the fact that I don't know what the exact rating of the game is, maybe it's 75 or 76, I just wrote 7/10 because I don't know much about this genre.

A score out of 5 and a score out of 10. Neither scores are matching so every review you do is utterly pointless because it conveys no actual meaning to people looking at them. Either use one, or have them match. Any scoring body, anywhere for anything would tell you this.
Even worse is that different games that you score the same on one point system you score differently on the other so you're also being inconsistent.
If you want to use a score out of 10 just don't mark the stars or everything you do is a waste of time.

I put the stars not for others, but to raise the game score. For me points rating and stars rating its different things. I never rate good game only 3 stars, 3,5 for me its not 7,5 its 3+. I rate it the way I want, and not the way they impose it on me, so everything is logical, I will never rate according to someone else's site`s rules, or give me a 100 point system and I will think about it.
