I've been thinking about this game a lot since I finished it and I don't think I went in depth enough with how I really feel about it in both the praises and criticisms. This would be a pretty personal one involving my dad so I want to treat it with some care.

It suffers from me reviewing it months after I finished it and I think I can convey my feelings a lot better now than back then. I also skipped a lot of the other remake content when I initially played it. It has a low score out of spite and I'd most likely change that.

I will still tear this game to shreds, but in a way that isn't just salty poop jokes and edgy humor. It's not that different than what I write now, but it's somehow less refined so I don't like it.

It just deserves a way better write-up in my opinion. It used to get a lot of hate when it came out, but now it's fairly obscure and I'll gush about it more if I get the chance. It's the one Sims game with this style and could be a really fun analysis essay to feed my brain.

I've been reviewing all of the expansion packs while playing a massive challenge playthrough of all of the DLC. When it's finally over and everything is wrapped up, it'd only be fitting to re-review the base game with my final thoughts.

I'm on the fence about these two which is why I put them last. I don't really know what else I could say about them that everyone else hasn't said, but they're pretty personal games to me and I just feel like I didn't do them justice as someone who really enjoys them. I replay both of these semi-annually so it's not totally off the table I guess.
