Crunch, lay-offs, loot crates - capitalism is sucking the joy out of games, but it doesn't have to be this way!

Join the anti-capitalist festival The World Transformed and the trade unions IWGB Game Workers and UTAW in a game jam to imagine a world - and a games industry - that's better for everyone!

The World Transformed, IWGB Game Workers and the United Tech and Allied Workers are launching Games Transformed - a one-day festival celebrating radical games and game development. There’ll be talks, panels, and cool games to play at Pelican House in London on Sunday, May 28th 2023.

In the month before the event, Games Transformed will be running a game jam, where teams can work together to create a game that will be featured in a custom-built arcade machine at this year’s The World Transformed festival!

Games of any shape, size and form can be submitted by anyone who's interested, so why not get involved?
