halo with unshaved balls - there's something unbelievably magical about the last half of the campaign (the ark, the covenant, halo) but the mess of the 8th level Cortana makes the campaign fall from perfection

also, halo 4 onward is just fan fiction. the story of halo ends with halo 3. wake me when you need me, etc
