I don't really have much to say about this one. it has bikes and is an enjoyable time.

Nothing wrong with it, just doesn't stick out in any meaningful way versus any other game in the series.

Definitely more worth the purchase vs BitDB. Held back by virtue of being too easy and the DLC being way too goddamn expensive.

Solid metroidvania for beginners, if a little easy.

Persona 3 is kinda rough. While the core RPG mechanics are solid (and I don't actually mind that you can't control party members, because the game was designed with the slack of having party members that won't always make the wrong decisions in mind), It's held back by spotty writing, and an english dub that's notoriously terrible. I actually don't have any problems with the overall theme and narrative, though. It's obviously written with a teenage audience in mind, and is written in such a way that it will speak to that demographic. If you keep that in mind, it's pretty good. Without spoiling anything though, I will say that the game is at it's best in the last month of the game, January 2010, and that month is probably the reason people love this game as much as they do.

If you've played newer Forza games, it may not surprise you that at it's core, the franchise has remained largely unchanged since it's initial debut in 2005. Not that it's needed to, though. The Forza formula has always been about being an open-ended, highly accessible racer, though in a different manner than it's contemporaries, namely Gran Turismo. It's hard to point out what makes this entry stand out from the rest besides the presentation and the fact that it's the only entry on OG Xbox. Still, it's fascinating to see how the franchise started out.

The best racing game I've ever played. When in the heat of a race, especially in multiplayer with high-performance cars, there's almost never a dull moment. The only thing that holds it back from pure perfection is the difficulty leap from medium to hard in the Kudos World Series, making some events on Hard difficulty or above seem insurmountable. There's also little incentive to complete said Kudos World Series unless: a) you're a completionist, or b) you plan to play multiplayer with friends. All that aside, the driving controls and moment to moment gameplay are some of the best of it's genre, being an absolute blast between experienced players. If you want to play online, hit up XLink Kai and round up as many people as you can for maximum enjoyment.

If you like arcade racers, definitely one to check out. Just make sure you don't play it on Xbox 360, because the slowdown is like having someone inject you with hallucinogens while you're trying to drive.
