This is one of those games that I really wanted to talk about but unfortunately I can't.

the game is good, the story is a good imagination of Pinocchio, the soundtrack is good but... the games is kinda "basic"

a remarkable thing is the fact that the walking animation when you turn the character to the side, there is no transition, he simply "teleports" to the side. i know that it does not makes that much of a difference in gameplay, of course, but it shows how much the creators they don't care as much about something as simple as character movement.

Another thing that bothers me drastically is the game's difficulty. I'm not complaining about the game being difficult or anything like that, but in itself how meaningless the distribution of difficulty among the game's enemies is. an example is that as far as I played, I didn't die in any boss fight, I passed them all the first time and without any major difficulty, however certain enemies during the game are three times more difficult than the game's bosses themselves! the number of enemies together, the enemies' health and everything is extremely poorly done, since you can only have an advantage against them much later in the game.

I consider this difficulty pointless because the game is based on dark souls, and dark souls is a game that manages to balance the difficulty of the enemies in an exactly well done way.

Yes, there are difficult enemies in dark souls, such as the black Knight, They are difficult to face, but the places where they are positioned and the way they fight are favorable for the player to face them without great difficulty.

I really wanted to like lies of p, but the game was made with practically no knowledge of level design, and that is extremely sad.
