Stranger of Paradise is not a joke. It's not a meme game. It's not "so bad it's good". It's actually, unironically, a great fucking game. Anyone who says otherwise is lying to you, to the world, and to themselves. The more I played Stranger of Paradise, the more invested and genuinely excited I was to see it through, and the end result was so complete and rewarding to the point where I stood up and started shouting "YES!! YES!! YEESSSSSSS OH MY GOD THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT BABY" like I just lost my virginity again.
