this game stays refreshing with the constant updates almost every tuesday, collaborations, and fun addictive gameplay loop. ever since ive started playing in season 8 of chapter 1, the game has slowly evolved to the point where og players could still play the new seasons and have fun.

just the original game but they removed the blue toad and added nabbit as a playable character, but it’s gone up to four stars just because of new super luigi u being included automatically

i like the concepts thrown in, like the acorn powerup but it felt like it recycled the same old koopaling battle formula that wii and 2 have already done, making this game seem like just a lame capitalization on the “new” series as a whole, but it did come out in the wii u era so its not really that surprising

even though the “new” label worn off in the first 2 games, this game is still as fun as the others that came before

the first video game i had ever played, but i never really truly tried to explore all the levels and whatnot, but i think the game was fine when i last beat it

great for nostalgia and overall a great mario experience

very engaging and psychologically terrifying game

Absolute perfection, no other indie game will ever get quite as good enough as Cuphead
