Yes, the combat system is not perfect, and maybe the platform part is too long.

BUT WHO CARES? THIS GAME IS FUCKING AMAZING IN ALMOST EVERY WAY.

The entire industry should be ashamed. Some big companies have the most resources but make the worst games.
