Wouldn't it be funny if it included a scene where Elephant Peach tries on her old clothes, just to see they don't fit her anymore? Or have her be embarrassed about her new elephant appetite, blushing as she orders another helping of food? Maybe even a little scene of Mario teasing her, by poking her now gravid belly, while she's out of breath because she had to run so much.
