The worst of the Sleeping Dogs DLCS. It offers some slightly more competent writing that the NiNP DLC, but suffers a stretched out story that isn't all that interesting. The missions themselves feel like filler to compliment a lackluster plot with no direction. A lot of the times in bits with countdowns I found the game would just go really slow and lag which made this experience even more poor. I really felt like this was more of a chore than anything, one of the worst DLCs I have ever played.
