Does Oddity count because when it was Mother 4 it was planned for winter 2014, over 3000 days ago.

I've no doubt Star Wars Eclipse is destined to be on this list, but until it officially passes 1000 days it will be absent. As for Oddity, I haven't heard of that one, seems like it fits all the criteria.

A good nomination would be Dies irae Pantheon, has been announced in 2018 but word is still yet to be revealed if it's canceled or not.
