This review contains spoilers

Whilst I think the main narrative suffers quite a bit from pacing issues (I think we could have done with getting to the core of the Palekana conspiracy a bit quicker) the character work is what really shines here. I love how the game gives us a bit more development of Ichiban and his outlook on life and I especially loved Kiryu's side of things which I think finally gives the character the send off and closure he should have received at the end of Yakuza 6.
