i like this world quite a bit, and the writing is really heartfelt, witty, and imo more consistently entertaining than the last game's. but while there have been some minor improvements, its still a pretty simple system. that being said, its one of the only turn-based rpgs i was ever actually excited to see the world of instead of dreading any time someone decides to open their mouth and rant to me about their evil plan or what the elves are up to or some other uninspired garbage.
