An expanded game of Bust-A-Move 3

In the tradition of the Bust-A-Move series, Taito's Bust-A-Move '99 is a traditional puzzle game. The main objective is to destroy or get rid of (by dropping) all the bubbles located within the stage. Once you do this, you'll graduate to the next level. While the premise may sound simple, the logic and execution is not. Using a "bubble shooter", you must aim and shoot your bubbles to the top of the screen so that you can bring three bubbles of the same color together. When you do this, the bubbles will pop. One way to earn points is to have the popping bubbles as well as the bubble that was shot fall off the screen (in multi-player, it puts these bubbles on your opponent's side). This also gives you a lot less bubbles to take care of. Bubbles are constantly falling down. Popping them all in a short amount of time is necessary because the longer it takes you to pop them all, the faster they will drop. If you fail to clear out all the bubbles and they reach the bottom of the screen, the game is over. Bust-A-Move '99 contains some new options never seen in the Bust-A-Move series. There are now special bubbles (star, metal and rainbow to name a few), obstructive bubbles and blocks and new backgrounds. You are also given the opportunity to create your very own stages with the create-a-level editor.

Bust-a-Move '99 is a classic, addictive puzzler that still holds up surprisingly well. Matching colored bubbles and popping them is simple yet satisfying, and the multiplayer modes offer some chaotic fun with friends. While it lacks the depth of some more recent puzzle games, the core gameplay is timeless. The N64 version has a few extra modes and the charming retro visuals, making it a great option for a quick arcade-style fix.

Why the hell did they call this series Bust A Move? Do you know how hard it is to search for these games when you dont really remember their names and are looking for something to remind you?

One of my favorite games as a kid

Incredibly easier compared to the arcade Bust a Move 2, but still pretty addicting and fun and the more you play the more you improve and get better at the patterns and moving at a quicker pace similar to Tetris attack. That damn pesky little wizard strikes again!!

Another Bust a Move game that i played both the N64 and the Playstation one, but like 2, I'm going with the Playstation version.

While they improved the difficulty spike the 2nd game had, this game I found a bit.. Easier. I don't know. The only one I had trouble with is the 2nd to final boss, the narcissistic mf with the blue hair and the roses, and that's it.

The Puzzle mode is harder than the 2nd game for me playing it, but that's it.
