It's a deadbrain game, but I had fun with this. It was a guilty pleasure.

FFs first dive into mobile wasn't great lol. I got to the end of what I didn't have to pay for. The CD on energy refills was awful, and you eventually could barely even open the app without running out of energy. Meh. You can skip this game and miss absolutely nothing.

My perception on this game is probably skewed because I never cared to dump money into it. However, I found it to be a good time waster years ago, and even today I echo that statement.
The game is set up to milk money out of people through gameplay and the chance to get legacy characters, and that's not cool. However, so many games do the same stuff and casinos have been doing the same thing, even with the addition of invoking nostalgia in people, for years, so I don't get why this game is to be singled out like a hellspawn. Plus, this game isn't absolutely unplayable sans transactions. Trust me, I know.
Is it a good game? No. However, it's not as terrible imo as everyone makes it out to be.
